Rupani Foundation USA is governed by a board of directors, volunteer community leaders dedicated to advance the Mission. The board appoints its officers, including Chairman and Vice Chairman, as an Executive body. Different committees on the board are appointed with oversight responsibilities for different program components of the organization.
A board-appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads the staff members employed for the execution of program and initiatives in the Greater Houston Area. The senior management team currently reporting to the CEO includes Director of Operations, Director of Programs and Director for Economic Empowerment.
